“Restful Sleep and Sweet Dreams” is the first meditation module of the three part “Restful Sleep; Powerful Life” series by YoQiZen Healing Studios.

Sadly, the great majority of us do not get enough restful sleep. We fail to respect the fact that a third of our lives happen while we are sleeping and that the quality of this time is just as important as our waking life. We do not cease to exist while sleeping nor do we cease to create. On the contrary. Our sleeping lives are where much of the magic of life happens. The good news is that there is much we can do to affect how we sleep and the degree of healing, balance and collaboration which takes place during our sleeping life.
